Design and Implementation Of A Computer Based Test

Abstract

Computer based testing has emerged as one of the innovative approaches to assessments more pursued by institutions, especially secondary and tertiary institutions, It has been lauded as the answer to having cheaper and speedier test delivery for elementary, middle, secondary and even tertiary school testing assessments. The major objective of the project was to design and develop a computer based test that would be computerize the existing records management in the department of computer science and give direct benefits to the department in the terms of fast information retrieval and enhanced decision making.
