Abstract: | Food extrusion is one of the easiest methods adopted by most o industries to convert their paste raw materials to a finished and desired shape based on the die of an extrusion machine. This project is borne out of the need to control the heat generated by frictional dissipation of a cooking extruder on crop since different crops have different temperature and rate at which heat is generated for each differs. |
