| Abstract: | The study area is located in the Bida Basin in North Central Nigeria, The study is southern Bida Basin which lies between the latitude 7 degrees 45'27.56'' and 7 degrees 51'0.4'' N of the equator and longitude 6 degrees 41'64'' and 6 degrees 45;36.58'' E. The objectives of the study was to determine paleoenvironment of deposition of the sediments in the study area and also to determine the provenance of the sediments. |
