Abstract: Pebble Morphometry, Grain size, Petrography, Heavy mineral analysis, and Geochemical analysis were carried out to interpret the paleodepositional environment of the conglomeratic sandstone of the Lokoja formation. The Lokoka formation is well exposed along Filele, which is at the outskirt of Lokoja in the southern Bida Basin of Nigeria
