Abstract: Theater practice in Nigeria has dwindled in great degree just as the culture is fast dying and the situation leaves many Theater practitioners in a state of joblessness and redundancy.This reasearch hinges on the need for leading directors to adopt the director-teacher approach, which engenders impartation as a preferred technique in the interest of the survival of the Theater.
