Abstract: Organizational Psychologists have long been interested in the concept of job satisfaction and how it affects the organizational functioning and efficiency. Today's world of competitive business environment is only likely to allow the survival of firms that can compete favorably in the global market. This study used a descriptive research design by using questionnaires in gathering data from the participants on all the variables under investigation and described as they occur in the study population.
