Abstract: This is a research that extends the previous work on job satisfaction and job insecurity. 200 individuals answered each question concerning how satisfied they were with their jobs. The study predicted that there will be a significant relationship between job satisfaction and insecurity and job commitment among non-academic staff in Federal University Oye Ekiti, Ekiti State.
