Abstract: This study examines the issue of sourcing for credit support from Microfinance agencies by women in Oye Ekiti., looking at its implication for women development. The objective of the paper is to trace the effort of the private microfinance agencies such as LAP, SEAP, OIYE, and ULAYIN so far on the business of women in Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State.
