MEDICINAL PLANTS AND SPICES ARE ONE OF THE MOST COMMONLY USED NATURAL ANTIMICROBIAL AGENTS IN FOOD AND HAVE BEEN USED TRADITIONALLY FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS BY MANY CULTURES FOR CONTROLLING COMMON HEALTH.
