http://repository.fuoye.edu.ng:80/handle/123456789/2142
Title: The Influence of Cooling On the Mechanical Properties Of Cast Silicon Bronze Alloys
Authors: Uzor, Chigozie Joshua
Abstract: This paper is aimed to discuss the influence of cooling on the mechanical properties of cast silicon bronze alloy. Three Cu-Zn-Si alloys were cast using a pit crucible furnace fired then varying the cooling medium producing three different solidified samples with varying microstructure coarseness. The first sample was cooled in air, second was cooled in water and last was cooled in the mold resulting in different cooling rates using different cooling mediums.2017-11-01T00:00:00ZDesign And Fabrication Of An Automated Dual Axis Solar Tracker
http://repository.fuoye.edu.ng:80/handle/123456789/2137
Title: Design And Fabrication Of An Automated Dual Axis Solar Tracker
Authors: Ugwuja, Chibuzor Benaiah
Abstract: This project is based on the need for an alternate source of energy to reduce dependence on fossil fuels as a source of energy. Existing projects and papers related to this project were either designed using weather reports to know the sun path for a particular period of time mostly throughout the year and solar tracker is designed to follow theis path throughout to improve the efficiency of the solar panels as the solar tracker is programmed to positions itself where the sun should be based on the sun position according to the sun path diagram.2017-11-01T00:00:00ZDesign, Construction And Testing Of A Crucible Furnace
